We guarantee each puppy to be a full-blood puppy, able to
register with AKC, of whom we are in good standing. Upon
execution of this contract, the seller does hereby convey title
and interest of puppy to the buyer.
Our family at Circle H Kennel has made every effort to supply you
with a healthy, quality puppy. We guarantee all shots and
de-worming are current.
Our puppies are pet quality. We offer no guarantee that the
puppy could or could not have faults which could make it
unsuitable for showing or breeding.
It is the buyers responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed
vet within 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If
possession occurs on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday the buyer
shall have another 24 hours to have the puppy examined.
If the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect
or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy or a
purchase price refund will be given, the choice of the breeder.
This is provided the buyer contact Circle H Kennel within 24
hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to Circle
H Kennel with a signed statement from the Vet stating the
defect or problem.
All documents given at the time of purchase must be returned
with the puppy. Circle H Kennel will send another puppy or a
refund upon verification of the problem by our licensed Vet.
Under no circumstances will Circle H Kennel be responsible for
Vet or medical bills incurred.
Circle H Kennel will not be responsible for illness or health
problems which are diagnosed after this 48 hour period. We will
not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 48
hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can
be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder.
If shipment is to be by airline, Circle H Kennel will arrange the
shipping, but all expenses incurred will be paid by the buyer.
Circle H Kennel will deliver the puppy to the airline in a suitable
crate with food and water. The buyer has the option to purchase
insurance for protection against injury or death by fault of the
airline or courier. We are not responsible for the puppy after it
leaves our care.
This guarantee is valid to the original purchaser only, upon
transfer of this puppy to another person this agreement
becomes null and void. In any event, the buyer will be
responsible for the cost of transporting the puppy back to the
breeder.
